Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the access and use of the AegisR1 platform and related consulting services provided by DigiCZE ("DigiCZE," "we," "us"). By engaging with DigiCZE Consulting for the deployment of AegisR1, you agree to be bound by these Terms. The platform is not offered as a standalone SaaS product but exclusively through a consulting engagement division.

2. Description of Service: AegisR1 Deployment

AegisR1 is an Artificial Governed Intelligence (A-G.I.) platform deployed within the client's global network perimeter for **Inference-in-Place** data processing at trillion-scale. The service includes the deployment, support, and managed operation of the platform tailored to specific, pre-defined business use cases.

  • Data Sovereignty: The client retains full control and ownership of all data processed by the platform. DigiCZE personnel access client networks strictly under established Zero Trust protocols and only for purposes defined in the specific service agreement.
  • Scope: The full scope of services, license, and technical access is governed by a separate, mutually executed Master Service Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW).

3. Intellectual Property

The AegisR1 platform, including its CNSA 2.0 PQC architecture, AI Governess, software, methodologies, and technical documentation, is the exclusive proprietary property of DigiCZE and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Access to the platform is granted via a limited, non-transferable license as specified in the SOW; this access does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the client.

4. Client Obligations

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate network and infrastructure details necessary for the AegisR1 deployment.
  • Ensure all data processed by the platform is handled in compliance with applicable laws, including but not limited to GDPR, HIPAA, and industry-specific regulations.
  • Use the platform in accordance with the established ethical parameters enforced by the AI Governess layer.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

DigiCZE provides the AegisR1 platform and consulting services "as is." While the platform is engineered for compliance with standards like CNSA 2.0 and HIPAA, final regulatory compliance and certification for the client's environment remain the client’s sole responsibility.

DigiCZE's liability is strictly limited to the fees paid for the specific consulting services in the preceding twelve months, as defined in the full service agreement.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction Placeholder, e.g., The State of Delaware, USA], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
